You must use a repair shop that was chosen by your insurance company. This is most definitely not true but something many believe (they didn’t have us to help them out, luckily you do!). Your insurance adjuster knows that you can take your car to any body shop that you choose to go to. Always remember that choosing your repair shop does not mean that they won’t cover what is provided in your agreement. By law you are allowed to pick any body shop and trust us when we say that they will honor your decision.

Insurance companies will pay for ALL repairs. This is also not true; it varies with your insurance policy’s term. For example; collision coverage will pay for repairs from the accident, but nothing before it also a liability only policy will take care of the other person’s car if you caused the damage, but not yours. Be sure to read through your policy before coming in, and call your insurance provider for clarification if needed.

Only car dealerships car repair your car correctly. We know why this one is believable. If the dealership sells your model of car why wouldn’t they do the best job in repairing it? Although they may do a good job, our technicians have training, equipment, and experience to work on all makes and models of vehicles to exceed your expectations.
